To be the focal SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT (SPOC) for all the key agent partners of NTC forwarding. From escalations to RFQ’s to SOA related queries, they are a one-stop-shop for all our partners. To understand and study constantly the Indian and selected freight markets, and to be aware of pricing changes, volume dynamics, liner developments as well as domestic trucking and customs clearance related issues and developments. To act as an internal escalation point for the various support functions – Documentation, Finance, Pricing. To provide very timely and effective communication to our partners and stakeholders (internal or external)
